Supporter Care Assistant

Breast Cancer Campaign's mission is to beat breast cancer by funding innovative world-class research to understand how breast cancer develops, leading to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Fundraising and Supporter Services Department in the growing and increasingly important Supporter Care team.

The Supporter Care team is responsible for building meaningful relationships with our supporters and for supporting the three Fundraising Teams – wear it pink, Corporate and Trusts and Community Fundraising & National Events. In this key role, you will engage and communicate with existing and potential supporters to ensure that their requests, enquiries and donations are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, ensuring supporter satisfaction and loyalty to our cause. No two days are the same – you will juggle a variety of tasks and workload by phone, email and post. You will provide support to ensure the fundraising team’s activities are carried out effectively thus helping them to achieve their income targets.
