Our client is an environmentally focused membership organisation who promotes the reduction of carbon output through a variety of vehicles. They are both Government and independently funded and provide a leading voice on suggested changes in the low carbon market.
 
This organisation are now looking to recruit a Team Assistant to provide administrative, secretarial and membership support to the secretariat team. This will involve being the first point of contact for the team, dealing with enquiries, organising travel and arranging meetings. In addition, the post-holder is responsible for assisting in the organisation of various events, including the logistical arrangements, preparing materials needed for the day and attending the events as required.  Database management and managing the organisations online seminars are also key tasks of this role.
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working in an office environment and be confident in engaging with individuals on all levels. With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal you will have the ability to manage changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. This role is based within a team that looks to expand the current membership quota through marketing techniques and the Team Assistant role is vital to its success.
 
This is an interesting, varied role for someone who ideally has an interest in the environmental issues being addressed by this organisation.
