Wolverhampton Improving Futures Partnership are seeking to recruit a team of 4 project Workers.
The role will support the Project Leader and will include managing key relationships across the Partnership to meet the needs of primary aged children growing up in families with multiple and complex problems. You will recruit, train and manage a team of volunteer mentors in delivering a solution focussed brief therapy approach to mentoring of children aged between 5 to 11years. You will build effective relationships with individuals and also key agencies who work with the children and their families.
To be considered for these post candidates will require:
· Experience of working with children and families in social work, education, youth work, voluntary sector or a related field.
· Excellent organisational skills
· Experience of managing volunteers
· Effective communication skills
