Penny Brohn Cancer Care is the leading UK charity specialising in complementary care we help people live well with the impact of cancer. The way in which we help people is known as the ‘Bristol Approach’.

Direct Marketing Manager (Job Ref: DMM61)
Job Title: Direct Marketing Manager
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Location: Pill, Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000pa
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding Direct Marketing Manager who wants to be responsible for the coordination, planning, implementation and analysis of direct marketing campaigns.
In this post we are looking for a motivated individual to manage a range of Direct Marketing campaigns to recruit new supporters, retain current donors and maximise life time value. You will drive the regular giving programme to increase monthly supporters
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in Direct Marketing within the not-for-profit sector. You will be experienced using databases, be able to manage multiple projects and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organising, managing and delivering specific direct marketing projects
• Managing databases including segmentation (preferably Raisers Edge)
• Analysing campaigns and data along with making recommendations on future campaigns
• Working with and managing external agencies and suppliers
• Writing creative communications and copy
• Working in a fundraising or individual giving environment
