Volunteer Services Manager
The PSP Association supports families affected by PSP and CBD, complex neurological conditions affecting a person’s ability to walk, talk, eat or see. Having developed a new pathway of care for PSP, launched this spring, the charity is working to deliver an exciting programme of strategic change to ensure that people with PSP and carers have access to services that meet their needs.
We require an experienced volunteer manager to develop a network of volunteers to support families affected by PSP and CBD, as befrienders, support group leaders, trainers, fundraisers and signposters to local services. Ability to recruit, develop and inspire a growing team of volunteers essential, as is a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding issues and the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation to ensure coordinated efforts.
