Membership and Publications Officer
Prestigious Health charity located in central London are looking for a part time Membership and Publications Officer, this is a part time position of 21 hours per week. The purpose of the role is to market publications and enhance the membership and individual supporter programmes. This is a contract for between 9-12 months.
Key responsibilities;
-Manage the publication orders
-Maintain the membership database, ensuring members information is up to date.
-Respond to queries regarding publications
-Write reports and conduct analysis on donations, publications and membership.
-Provide assistance with the publication process
-Enhance the publication sales by initiating new and existing relationships with partners and members.
-Promotion of publications at conferences
The successful candidate will have previously worked in a demanding organisation dealing with publications, members and supporters. You will have used databases such as Raisers Edge and ThankQ. Strong communication skills and an ability to form working relationships with members and supporters is a necessity. Experience of a membership scheme in the NFP sector is also desirable.
Please note this is a part time role of 21 hours.
