In January 2012, the Trustees agreed a 5-year fundraising investment programme to support the charity's growth.

A new strategy will see a doubling in fundraising investment and significant growth in the team to raise approximately £100m over the next 5 years.

Leonard Cheshire Disability has a successful track record in corporate fundraising and developing international, long-term, strategic partnerships.

The Corporate Development Manager will secure high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships with national and multi-international companies and their foundations.

They will also be responsible for securing Charity of the Year, Cause Related Marketing and Sponsorship relationships to support Leonard Cheshire Disability's services and programmes.
