Our client is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant into their team based at in Northampton.
In this pivotal role you will primarily be responsible for providing an effective and efficient customer service, the duties will be to support the work of the housing management team through providing a reception service to visitors to the area office, dealing with mail and other forms of communication, typing, filing and generally providing a range of administrative support duties to the team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to deal confidently with the general public, external organisations and staff at all levels, both over the telephone and face to face. You will have sound administrative skills and excellent communication skills. They are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, positive and committed person to provide high quality administrative support to our internal and external customers. The candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Our client offers an excellent benefit package including, 35 hours per week (9.00am – 5.00pm), 34 days annual leave including statutory days, bupa cash plan and a contributory pension scheme.
