Take on a new and exciting role and grasp this unique opportunity to help Saga’s charities: The Saga Charitable Trust (overseas) and the Saga Respite for Carers Trust (UK) – make a difference. This is a demanding, challenging and exciting role requiring a creative individual with highly developed communication skills.
You’ll use your vision, creativity and entrepreneurial flair to drive revenue that takes the charities to another level. As well as developing new income streams and fundraising opportunities, you will explore ways to draw on the wider Saga Groups’ national customer base. Along with high levels of passion and enthusiasm, you should bring proven charity fundraising experience including the marketing and running of events and leading new creative initiatives.
With a target driven approach and first rate communication and presentation skills, you will be spearheading the organisation and promotion of our annual fundraising fortnight. Also, you will have the ability to persuade and engage others to support you in creating revenue. With a hands-on approach you will enjoy seeing your initiatives through to conclusion and your excellent administration skills will ensure everything runs smoothly. You should be able to demonstrate previous experience of fundraising at senior level and proven management skills.
