Can you hit the ground running?
This is a wide ranging and busy role so needs someone with experience of working in a busy office environment, possibly within a small organisation where you have needed to multi-task, work under your own initiative, and where you have needed to bring your completer-finisher skills!
Campaign experience would be useful, but above all you will be meticulously organized, able, and confident to assist a number of people with differing priorities.
Not only will your remit include looking after the office and the various systems but you will also be carrying out PA duties to the Campaign Director.
Your attention to detail will need to be second to none as you will be managing the financial spreadsheets and will be therefore be dealing with invoices, expenses etc and producing a variety of reports on a regular basis.
