Our client, a specialist care charity based in South Yorkshire, is looking for a temporary Regular Giving Development Manager to start immediaeky until September. The role will be developing and managing various direct marketing projects, some which will be already running. You will be developing, managing and promoting regular giving for the charity, including managing their lottery activity.

You will be maximising committed giving by identifying and using a range of fundraising methods including direct mail, telephone campaigns, face to face fundraising and email campaigns. You will also develop new products and manage 3rd party supplier relationships. In addition, you’ll develop a donor care and communication plan to manage donor relationships, maximise retention and continue to engage committed donors. Managing lottery activity, you’ll create and deliver promotional campaigns and marketing communication to increase the number of players
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you’ll have experience in a similar leading role in regular giving within the charity sector, or experience of driving responses via direct marketing. Experience of developing and managing budgets, working to and achieving financial targets and significant experience in motivating people, are essential in this role. You’ll be an excellent communicator, have well developed analytical and evaluative skills and the ability to initiate, deliver and manage new projects and activities.
