The next 3 years of our strategy sets out some ambitious objectives; including a focus on growing major gifts from high value private donors. We see private donors as one of the keys to our future growth.

Managing a team of 2 the Senior Manager in the Philanthropy Team will be to build and maintain a portfolio of high level donors and potential donors through high level networking to achieve general income from individuals, with a focus range of £100,000 and above.

You will also have the opportunity to coordinate a successful major donor strategy raising income from key major donors, initiating and developing high level, long term relationships with existing and prospective major donor supporters.

We see you as bringing to the role experience of developing high value relationships and success in soliciting principal gifts in excess of £100,000. You’ll have implementation experience of the principles of major gift fundraising including identification, research, solicitation and stewardship.
