Administrative and Operations Manager

Our client, a globally-renowned professional membership body, is looking for an Administrative and Operations Manager to create a central administrative function within three key areas of the organisation. The role will be liaising and administrating processes within Membership, Corporate and Accreditation and implementing new ideas to improve processes.
This role will act as a support for business managers and other key stakeholders by developing and implementing new ideas to assist in co-ordinating the operations and administration across the departments. Ensuring the smooth running of all day to day operational aspects, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative support to managers and will manage multiple projects at once. The successful candidate will be liaising with managers and improving the communications and processes to allow departments to work together more efficiently.
With demonstrable experience in an administrative or operations role, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to use their own initiative to develop effective office systems. Spending a large amount of time liaising with both the public and internal customers, this person must be confident in dealing with a variety of different people at all levels. Knowledge of CRM databases would be a strong advantage as would experience of working within a membership organisation environment.
