The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the governing body for cricket in England and Wales, supports a network of 39 County organisations who have been working through a process of business transformation over the last few years. The ECB are now looking to recruit a new team of 6 Business Support Managers (BSM) to further develop relationships and opportunities with these local organisations as they strive for business excellence.
In this exciting new role you will be responsible for offering high quality, focused and coherent support to improve the organisational capability of these individual county organisations to meet local need and develop sustainability. You will form the focal point of a supportive and challenging working relationship between the ECB and the County organisations.
You will be able to quickly build and effectively manage relationships, develop trust and lead the ongoing transformation process within the management of recreational cricket. The ideal applicant will have knowledge of the challenges facing voluntary organisations, and a broad range of business experience. You will be able to demonstrate experience of partnership working, strategic planning and evidence a variety of techniques for influencing change within organisations.
