We aspire to a future where quality education and support is expected and available for every child and family, regardless of location or social and financial status. In 2010 we opened a brand new school near Clapham Junction, and we currently have an annual income in excess of £1.5M
Growing organically since 2000, we are now scaling up our operations and expanding the services we provide. To drive and support our ambitious plans, we are now looking to appoint an innovative and entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer with excellent business acumen. With a priority to consolidate and manage all internal operational requirements, you will also work collaboratively with our inspirational founding CEO to explore new business and programme opportunities, cultivate and build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and support the development of ongoing business strategies.
An energetic, focussed and professional individual with considerable leadership experience, your track record in operational management will be exemplary. You are business astute and well versed in developing the platforms, processes and systems to support organisational growth, whilst being comfortable and proactive when cultivating and managing key business development relationships. Outcomes focussed, passionate about your work and possessing a natural gravitas which inspires confidence, you will have excellent communication skills
