Our client, an inspirational charity who address educational disadvantage are recruiting a Network Management and Services Officer during this exciting period of growth. This department manages members who act as ambassadors for the organisation and they aim to ensure retention and engagement of these individuals and the communities they are involved in.

This position is based in the Network & Communities team and the role will build an understanding of members and successful methods of retention through a variety of different data sources. You will assess gathered data; from forums and interviews to figures and statistics on current retention to understand the current ambassadors process. The post holder will analyse and evaluate the information and use it to assess how the team can improve membership management. This role also has responsibility for line managing two members of staff.
Coming from a membership management background, the ideal candidate will have experience in collating and analysing data from a variety of sources. The successful applicant will have had exposure to membership retention and have previous line management experience. You will have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively in terms of strategy.
