Senior Network Management & Engagement Officer


This leading, fast growing educational charity has a network of ambassadors who continue to address educational disadvantage through various sectors and the Network Management and Engagement Officer will be implementing a strategy to manage this community and continue to innovate and motivate engagement across the sector.

Working within the Networks and Communities team you will be engaging the ambassador community to be more actively engaged in the sector and to drive social change. The post-holder will need to engage with and influence experienced professionals, ideally in the education sector, to pass on their knowledge and expertise through a variety of methods and the successful applicant with be developing and implementing strategies based around knowing, connecting and inspiring communities. You will also have line management responsibility of staff.

With previous experience in community management, the successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and be confident in driving social change. You will be able to engage and motivate groups of individuals, have line management experience and have a passion for addressing educational disadvantage.
