Deafway is a registered charity providing services to Deaf people in the UK and overseas.
We are looking for an Operations Manager/Deputy Chief Executive for our UK services.
You must have extensive knowledge and experience of the provision of residential care and support to people who have learning disabilities, mental health problems and who present with challenging behaviour. Ideally you should also be fluent in British Sign Language and have knowledge and experience of the needs of Deaf people (but if you are not and don’t – then we will provide training). In addition, you need to have the knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to manage and develop a range of other Deafway projects and services.
