My client has an amazing opportunity for a dynamic person to join their direct marketing team. They are looking for someone with solid direct marketing experience to be part of an exciting team working on both donor acquisition and retention campaigns. They are growing their donor base by recruiting supporters using street and doorstep fundraising, and maximising their income from their existing, loyal supporters through direct mail, telephone fundraising, raffles and a weekly lottery.
The role requires an excellent communicator who possesses the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the Charity. Negotiation and persuasion skills are also essential. A passion for supporting people with a learning disability and their families is vital and a focus on learning and personal development are a must.
