Our client, a national high profile charity is looking to recruit a Major Donor Executive to join their dynamic fundraising team.
Responsible for raising funds from Major Donors for significant capital and revenue projects, the post holder will be required to manage a portfolio of donor relationships and develop a strong case for support for all projects across the organisation. Key responsibilities also include ensuring donor experience is of a high standard and to assist in the development of a programme for donor cultivation.
With proven successful experience in major donor fundraising, the ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be confident in managing relationships with a range of donors as well as with volunteers and trustees. The organisation are currently promoting national education programmes and are keen to develop relationships with new, as well as existing donors. The organisation can offer the opportunity to cultivate relationships and liaise with high profile philanthropists and major donors from the arts, heritage and education sector.
