Involvement and Research Manager
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum

Our client, a leader in providing services for people affected by homelessness is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is committed to motivate and empower disadvantaged people. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the organisations’ services and to work with a positive and welcoming team.
You will coordinate the charity’s research, consultancy, training and involvement activities. Advocating and promoting user-involvement and user-led services, you will also maximise business development opportunities and increase the charity’s profile within the housing and homelessness sector, as well as shaping organisational response to emerging funding and partnership opportunities.
Previous experience of project management and business development is essential, as well as people management, including the supervision of staff and volunteers. You will also be able to design and deliver training to various client groups. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of homelessness and social inclusion issues and be capable of promoting involvement activities which lead to service improvements and client progression.
