Deputy Manager – Capacity Building and Operations (FULL-TIME)
£30,000 to £35,000 per annum
(depending upon experience)
As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible for capacity building and operational management of the organisation. You will facilitate and develop innovative programmes of activities for service users and build networks amongst new and existing voluntary, statutory and private organisations. You will work to enhance the work of QCCA by offering tailored support in fundraising, project management and helping to build the sustainability of all core provisions. To work closely with the CEO in every aspect of QCCA’s multiple services and facilities.
We’re looking for an exceptional candidate – a natural leader, with a background working in the voluntary sector, who is looking for a real challenge in transforming the operations of the charity.
This post involves working with children and vulnerable adults therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at an enhanced level. Candidates must have two years track record of management and successful fundraising.
