The Head of IT Services & Support will lead and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programmes and schedules for computer services, network communications, management information services and internal telephony to accomplish the charities goals and objectives.
The job holder will be responsible for building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, managing and leading the IT Team including support for remote offices, provision of an effective and efficient helpdesk, back up and disaster recovery, budget management and capital planning for IT.
Candidates will need a proven track record of delivering IT projects, leading and managing a team, identifying business needs and technology solutions, analytical and influencing skills, facilitation skills and project management experience.
