Healthprom’s mission is to work in partnership with other organisations to promote health and social care for women and children in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The trustees have agreed a new growth strategy for the next five years and a looking for a new Chief Executive to drive it forward.
This will involve leading a small, highly skilled team comprising staff in the UK and partners overseas, developing new project opportunities, identifying new income streams and strengthening the governance of the organisation. It will also involve raising HealthProm’s profile and developing partnerships with other organisations in similar fields.
You will need proven leadership and management skills. Good business acumen and budgetary skills will be essential as well as excellent people management skills to coordinate a diverse group of staff and project managers based in in the office, remotely around the UK, volunteers, trustees and partner organisations overseas.
