My client, a well-respected health charity in East London, has an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer and Service User Manager to join them on a permanent contract.
Salary: Up to £34k

My client is developing an exciting and innovative new operational service. The manager’s role is to set up and lead the pilot for a new service in East London, and recruit and manage the volunteers who will deliver the service.
The service will be supporting terminally ill people, their family and carers. The support offered will be practical and emotional, either in the client’s own home or via the telephone or accompanying the client on journeys, such as to hospital visits. The service will be delivered by volunteers – up to 40 volunteers to be recruited over the first year.
Please note that to be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of high volume volunteer management.
