Direct Marketing Manager
Salary: £37,833 per annum
Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in men. One man dies every hour from the disease in the UK. Our client The Prostate Cancer Charity are seeking to appoint an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to drive forward ambitious growth plans to help fund much needed research.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s dynamic Individual Giving team, at a time of significant change and strategic development for the organisation. In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be:
- Building new income streams which will attract new audiences and instigate new product development.
- Developing strategic stewardship programmes which retain and cultivate relationships to maximise support.
- Initiating and managing multi-channel direct marketing campaigns to expand support and drive seamless engagement with the cause.
You will manage and deliver a direct marketing programme for all their supporters; as you plan campaign strategy, agree creative approaches, manage their agency relationships and monitor responses. Naturally, you will work to some ambitious targets, so our client requires a seasoned direct marketing professional with a total focus on results.
Engaging and working in partnership with agencies and suppliers. This should be second nature to you, as should be preparing marketing plans, setting and controlling budgets as well as meeting targets. Above all, you will be familiar with running direct marketing appeals from an initial brief to executing final delivery.
