Marketing Audience Manager (Legacy and Philanthropy)

Location: RNLI Headquarters, Poole, Dorset
Maintaining legacy awareness, developing integrated supporter journeys from enquiry and information requests, to pledger and legator is an essential part of our marketing strategy as is building and developing strategies to develop philanthropic giving and build on high value donations and engagement.
This role will develop and lead strategic marketing campaign plans to implement and deliver the Fundraising and communications strategy for Legacies, High Level Donor and Philanthropic audiences ensuring that income is generated cost effectively and sustainably in line with KPI’s in order to deliver the long term strategic objectives of the RNLI and secure legacy income.
The role encompasses all aspects of the marketing mix from building awareness of legacies and the need and benefit to ensuring a cohesive supporter journey and nurture strategy for both philanthropic givers and pledgers. You’ll need to have experience of all aspects of marketing from direct mail to digital and be able to demonstrate strong campaign management.
Experience of legacy marketing or philanthropy is desirable; however an in depth understanding of multi channel marketing and the ability to develop strong through the line campaigns is essential. The role involves working closely with the engagement teams and so the ability to work cross functionally is also essential.
