A leading international development children’s charity are looking to recruit a Leadership Manager on an 11 month fixed term contract. This post will focus on creating an effective  engagement strategy, establishing a foundation of high net worth supporters and building leadership relationships through personal solicitations and collaborative working with the Major Donor team.
 
With previous project management and relationship development experience, you will be a key player in growing financial support for the organisation. You will design and implement innovative and effective strategies to cultivate, steward and solicit senior volunteers and trustees. Also cultivating contacts with philanthropists with capacity to give gifts in access of £100,000. Organising meetings with prospective donors, you will position the charity as one of the leading international development organisations for philanthropists to support helping to raise significant funds for children worldwide.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative and forward thinking  international organisation. The role requires a driven and innovative candidate with experience of project management and strategic development and the ability to drive forward ambitious plans  for growth. This role will also involve working with voluntary sector stakeholders and trustees, securing funds at the six figure level. You will be able to produce a range of exceptional quality written communication materials,  prepare and deliver presentations for important donors and high level event management experience would be a distinct advantage.
