Jessie May, a local charity with a national reputation for providing nurse led by care services to children in their own homes, seeking to recruit the key post of corporate fundraiser.
You will join a small team of fundraisers to help us launch our new campaign to raise funds to deliver our ambitious five-year plan. Community income is key to our fundraising portfolio and holds considerable potential for further development.
The essential responsibility of this role is to build and maintain positive relationships with key community partners researching and identifying new prospects and gathering relevant information in order to pitch for charity of the year partnerships and other fundraising opportunities. A strong background in event management will also be an advantage.
You will preferably have experience in community fundraising , working with volunteers or event management with excellent presentation and networking skills and able to convey a passion for the cause to inspire and motivate support
