An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trainer to join the OneCRM Project team to help shape the training programme for our Users. Working for the nation’s heart charity, the British Heart Foundation (BHF) are dedicated to saving lives with information, patient care and pioneering research into Coronary Heart Disease, the nation’s biggest killer.
This fixed term role will form part of the OneCRM (Customer Relationship Management) Project team, which is currently in the final stages of rolling out a new Customer Relationship Management system to the Fundraising division of the BHF. In coming years the system will also be rolled out to, amongst others, the Policy & Communications and Medical divisions.
The role of Trainer will be to author a comprehensive training programme and produce User Guides for the usage of BHF’s CRM database; including the newly defined global processes being launched later this year. The Trainer will then plan, manage and deliver the training to system users at offices throughout the organisation.
The Trainer will ensure suitable training materials and guidance is provided for the Support Team Leader to take on the task of delivering training as part of an on-going rolling programme following the end of the FTC.
Excellent communication, adaptation and influencing skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively translate procedures & processes into clear, concise training materials. Knowledge is of the OneCRM System and other fundraising databases are essential for the role as there is a requirement to train/coach others within the Foundation.
This is a 6 month FTC which entails the selected candidate to start during March 2012.
