The role is working as a service charges accountant with a housing association. You will be involved in the formulation of service charge invoices and the analysis of the data in this area. This is a 3 month temporary role however it could last longer depending on how you have performed in the post. It requires someone who is immediately available to start. You will also be required to calculate the apportionments and report financial information to the Service Charges Manager.
You Must have experience of Service Charges experience within a housing association / RSL and be working towards a qualification in either ACCA / CIMA or CIPFA examinations. You will need to provide strong evidence of your apportionment skills and your all round knowledge of Service Charges within an RSL setting.
