Project Worker- Camden Area - £26 025 per annum (permanent)
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic project worker for a young people's homelessness organisation based in the Camden area.
The successful candidate will be working at a 10 bed project with young people with a range of support needs. The project is focused on supporting care leavers and young people 16-17 year old age group. Staff cover operates on a lone-working basis so early and late shifts would be required, along with some weekend working. The project worker would be key working 3 clients.
We are keen to speak to applicants with the following capabilities/ knowledge:
-Prior experience working with young vulnerable people in a frontline residential setting
-Experience of building successful key working relationships which allow clients to gain confidence and achieve progression
-Working on a lone working basis
-Experience of working with housing management and tenancies
-Experience working with care leavers, clients in the 16-17 age group and clients with complex support needs
