Salary: £35,516

Reporting to the Head of Major Gifts, you will be responsible for driving the overall Major Donor programme to meet budget targets; and developing and implementing solicitation strategies. The role will also involve recruiting and managing volunteer leaders; and line managing the work and personal development of the Major Donor Fundraiser.

The successful candidate should ideally possess in-depth major donor fundraising experience although transferable experience of successfully building relationships with individuals is also considered. This must include a track record of effectively dealing with influential individuals to secure significant gifts/accounts.
