Salary: £26-28,000 pro rata

Kainos Community is a charity set up on Christian foundations to deliver programmes in prisons within a community setting to prevent re-offending.

This is a new post which offers the right person the chance to engage their skills across a wide range of fundraising, and marketing areas. You will be instrumental in helping to develop and implement the fundraising, communications and PR strategy. You will help to manage and develop our existing donors and identify, research, and cultivate prospective new supporters, both individuals and trusts. This role offers invaluable experience as part of a visionary team which is instrumental in reducing re-offending rates of prisoners and wishes to expand this successful work into other UK prisons.

Applicants should have considerable proven fundraising experience within a not for profit organisation and a proven track record in achieving income and targets in a growth environment. It is essential that applicants have fundraising and communications experience at a senior level.

As the post will be home based we will consider candidates from any part of the UK
