Are you looking for the next step in your career development and to manage a team which raises upwards of £1.25million annually?

We are looking for a successful fundraiser who has experience of generating income from trusts, and possibly statutory sources, and/or lottery boards and managing and developing staff. We want you to join our senior management team in the UK Fundraising Department, contributing at a strategic level and taking full responsibility for managing our portfolio of funders as well as exploring opportunities to bring new large funders on board. A key part of the role is assessing the fundability of local programmes and working with their managers to develop funding capacity.

Responsible for a team of 4 you must have all the practical skills and knowledge which make a good fundraiser and manager, and enjoy motivating and developing staff and working with colleagues from different disciplines. Financial literacy is essential as is confident use of IT in an office environment.
