You will take responsibility for the groups most established and forward thinking registered social landlord's in Circle 33.With18,0000 Units under management you will form part of an extremely commercial and dynamic senior management team playing a key role in driving the business forward. As a result your key duties will include:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Group's strategic business plan
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial monitoring information and reports and report to the SMT's
- Provide strategic analysis and comment on the financial results
- Lead the financial planning process for the Group Partners
- Assist the MD's to evaluate new growth and business opportunities which will impact on the businesses
This is a challenging and high profile post that requires the unique mix of a hands on approach together with genuine strategic vision.
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified chartered accountant with post qualification experience within a equally forward thinking business. A proven track record within this sector would also be considered advantageous. If not,a good understanding of its unique issues is essential. We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals with ambition and enthusiasm who are looking to make what will be a logical next step to their first director's post. Whilst looking to make an impact it is important you understand the social purpose behind this organisation and can embody its beliefs.
