Job: Operations Manager, Charity Action Recruitment

Our client is a federation member of a national charity with a highly respected reputation which seeks to recruit an Operations Manager for its Bromley office as part of its senior management team.

The role will contribute to the strategic development of services that promotes the health and wellbeing of older people (50+) within the London Borough of Bromley and will provide the day to day management of a range of community based services.

The person in this role requires a mixture of skills, experience and attributes that will suit an exceptional candidate. The charity seeks to support the local ageing population in a range of services, working in partnership with the local authority, health service and other agencies to provide a comprehensive service to this client group. As a way of extending the range of benefits, this role will oversee the development and implementation of social enterprise services that will require commercial awareness and business acumen to make them sustainable for this charity.
